must be logged using our 24 hour dedicated customer support number (Provided
to you in your contract support documentation) to allow proper call tracking.
During office
hours customers have direct access to our engineers and out of hours through
our customer call center.
For any other
issues, you can contact us by phone, fax or e-mail, either to our sales
and support desks or direct to the Management team.
